It’s a very special opportunity to practice with Sianna and Greta together who have been friends and kaliyana mitras studying, living and sharing the practices of yoga for 30+ years. They are delighted to re-unite and share the teachings of Rasa Yoga with an intimate group for a retreat experience that will touch your heart, expand your mind and enliven the Rasa within you.

Meet Your GuideS

Sianna Sherman

Sianna (she/her) is committed to being Love-In-Action here on earth to serve. For nearly three decades, she has been an international yoga teacher, training tens of thousands of students and yoga teachers from around the globe. As the visionary of the Rasa Yoga Collective, Mythic Yoga Flow®, and RITUAL, Sianna shares her voice in the way of community and collaboration. She is a gifted storyteller and awakens the imagination through the language of the soul. Sianna is an apprentice of shadow work and weaves this into every offering.

Greta Hill

Greta is a yoga teacher and Ayurveda wellness coach with more than 25 years of experience sharing practices for liberation, healing, and awake living. She is the Co-Director of the Rasa Yoga Collective, a teacher of teachers and a compassionate guide devoted to helping students cultivate joy and connect to the Sacred.

 

FAQs

  • International Flight: Fly into San José, Costa Rica

    Domestic Flight (optional): from San José to Limon, Costa Rica

    Sansa flies into Limon and then you have to take the bus or shuttle to Puerto Viejo. It is a 40 minute flight and costs around $85 USD one way and the shuttle from Limon to PV is about 1.5 hours

    If No Domestic Flight:
    From the capital San José it is a 4-5 hour drive across Guapiles, Siquirres and Limón, to Puerto Viejo de Talamanca.

    The most widely used transports to get to Puerto Viejo are: bus, interbus, and car rental.

    We highly suggest booking a private van if you do not do the domestic flight.

    PRIVATE VAN

    For $215 USD (up to 5 people) you can be met at the airport or picked up at your San Jose hotel and transported directly to La Costa de Papito.

    Your return trip to your hotel or the airport can also be arranged. Price is for up to five people. Additional persons are $25 extra.

  • Yes, All bungalows have an en-suite bathrooms

  • There are no single options - however if this is really calling you and you know you will book please reach out to contact@siannasherman and we can try to get a single bungalow.

  • There will be only 2 dinners included - opening night and grande finale dinner. For the rest of the nights you are free to explore the yummy restaurants around town and walking distance from the retreat center.
